As a teacher, What are your particular strengths and weaknesses as a teacher?

Experience the power and do not know where weakness and others know it

I get on well with my students but I do have a tendency to get side tracked and start talking about some of my life experiences. I like to think that I am always able to "catch up" and my stories are hopefully entertaining and I am equally hopeful that they are not detrimental to the "learning" experience.

I believer there should not be weakness in a teacher, because being a teacher they are the mentor of students and the most visible strength of a teacher is knowledge, a teacher has to be knowledgeable about the topic/subject he is teaching and should get command on delivering the message in a way which should be easy to understand for each and every student.

Well ! What i can feel as my strengths are , ability  to connect with the students and try to think or feel the subject at there level. my weaknesses are , i am not strict with my students so some time they take me lightly .
