Is time management enough to handle all load of work?

Time management no doubt is one of the most crucial factor in handling the work load. But ime management alone will not help. The other factors like clarity of purpose, willingness or motivation to work, skills and expertise all along wth time management can be very ueful in handling work load. Delegation of authority is another tool which is used for handling work loads.
