What is Job enrichment?

Job enrichment in practical is a trap of employers to trap the employees in a beautiful offerings for making the picture more attractive. 

Rest the job responsiblities are always on the top no matter on which position or expertise.

Making the jobs more interesting and challenging one is known as job enrichment. It is used to motivate and satisfy the workforces in the work place.

By the time most of jobs become so boring , Job enrichment adds new sources of job satisfaction by increasing the level of responsibility of the employee .This increases the depth of the job and allows people to have more control over their work , and improves the quality of the job , reduces absenteeism , And expels feeling bored , labor-turnover and grievances .

Eg: Faculty in a Training Institute--Each time we attend training we can virtually observe the changes occured in the person.

Enrich and Expertise  by Job experience in a highly challanging field  = Job enrichment.

It is a vertical restructuring method by giving the employee additional authority, and control over the way the job is accomplished.
