How can maintenance or troubleshoot the plant without without shutting down the whole process?

my process then  surely have main breaker and secondry breakers that supply the various points of the process,  its enough to shutt down the secondry breaker of the related point that need a maintenance or troubleshoot    i'ill think about to by pass the failer zone  if its possible when the process orgnized to work in sequensly way.

Maintenance is the critical process for operating the plant optimally for acheiving the desired goals.

Some times for Maintenance we can use Bypass route and sealing the main route and doing the maintenance of the equipment, valves transmitter etc.

But in some scenario such as Reactor Maintenance for not giving the desired result, some times we have to go for plant shutown or minimal we can avoid whole plant shutdown by operating the plant in recycle mode.

You should notice a case study. In some emergent cases there is no way except shutting down the whole process. For instance in Gas industries, when a leakage trouble occurs, specially at the situation of having a few xcv valves in the gas line path, the whole unit operation must be stopped.
