After completion a member of casting, cylinder test result found below the specification like for 4000 psi but get result 2800 psi, what should do?

Call Lab Control Request for Review the data and if you are sure there are no missing collect reasons and then review them and i will analyze  it and elect more reasons affecting the output and we are trying to change it to improve the out put
