Breastfeeding up to 2 years is ideal. Is it still being practiced nowadays?

To talk about individual- very few mom who really care for the immunity of the children are breast feeding for1 and a half to2 years, but some for6 months, some for1 year -depends on their working situation and health issues. Nowadays formula milk is misused.On the other hand ,I also see mothers not compensating and pumping the breast milk for the wellness for kids while going for work . Yet,much more awareness on breastfeeding is nessessary to all women .
