We is used by the management because the task of one employee is just part of a big task that the management is overseeing.  Each employees has different small tasks to complete and the management puts these tasks together.

Best management verbiage is We, helps drive team work and makes people feel responsible for the work they do, bringing out better results.

It depends on the intended audience and what they're comfortable with.However, it's quite common to use "we" when talking about the company, but "I" for personal statements, which you probably want to sign.

Allways we, because I dont do all the work, I manage the work, so its important that those who do the work feel important and together in what they do. Set goals, set goals with a bonus, simple bonus. But if the we 's work together and feel good, I manage the job!
