Does your institution have a strategy to co-create services/products with its clients?

Not at this point in time.
But considering the global opportunity of adding an Additional Value to our clients - we might consider it in future.

i guess that is the use of the C.S.I conducted by every respected company , and at the end you will have a plenty of customers feedback which will assist you in co-creating and developing the service with the ideas of the customer .
