A leader is born a leader. The company can only boost the attribute of LEADERSHIP by trusting them, giving them adequate LEADERSHIP trainings and seminars to boost their capabilities and at the same time a load to prove their worth and a better price to lenghten their stride in their position.
A Company can make good managers but leadership qualities are inherent in persons from birth and such qualities cannot be developed. The Company only identifies and picks up those persons having leadership qualities and assign them leadership roles & responsibilities.
By providing leadership exposure and by investing time in creating leaders . Leaders , the word may actually sound like someone who is at the top inspiring / managing large number of people .But , a successfull organisation will be the one which grooms leaders at various level.
