1. Congratulation to candidates to attend the interview.

2. Invite to candidate to talk about his or her relevant skills, knowledge, experience and achievements.

3. After interviewing handshake with interviewees.

4. Read the JD before going to interview.

5. Ask relevant question.

6. Do not help to candidates to seek the answer.
