menu designing plays crucial part in Banquet operations because each food categories in the menu in order that the guest will recognized each food that they want to eat so that its not hazel to them not to know each food will be selected.it is crucial because u will put a good ideas to catch the stomach of each guest or customer will be eaten the food. i believe that being prepared is one of the most important matter with it come to operation in a certain place like banqueting.
