Greetings what is exact difference between Finance and Accounting ?

Accounting is an art of recording of business transaction chronologically (analyzing the transaction,recording and bookkeeping)..whereas finance is arranging of money ,its handling and find out more resources of its generation as well as it also encompasses accounting.

Finance : Future forecast on the  basis of Historic data , such as Cash flow , capital/operational budgeting , working capital needs.

Accounting  is the  recording of the transaction what has happened  as per the related Financial reporting framework .

 

This is the exact difference between Finance and Accounts.

Finance is a broader term which is basically the management of business in financial perception whereas accounting is a part of finance pertaining to recording of business transaction properly.

You could say that Finance is a broader term while accounting is part of finance.

Finance is the controlling of monetary management, where as accounting an art of recording business transections and deals.

Accounting is art or science of managing accounts of all transactions whereas the Finance is the art or science of managing and controlling the assets and liabilities with timelines in order to get optimum higher returns and providing maximum safety of the cash, financial investments, bank accounts, coupons, share bonds.

Finance is bigger connotation which comprises of accounting and other functions.

Accounting means analyzing, classifying, summarizing and recording financial transaction in monetary terms. While finance is a business domain which focuses on generation and utilization of fund to optimize the business objective.

Accounting as the name carries recording the transaction in a book to have its results in a defined and standardised manner.Finance is the management of company finicance by getting the information accounted for.
