What is the overall voltage drop limit from main source(MV Panel) final DB as per gulf regulations?

As per the regulations MV panel to SMB  and SMB to DB allowed vollowed voltge drop is2.5%, but overall allowable MVpanel to DB is5%

Overall voltage drop acceptable is5%

Abu Dhabi regulations consider as valid4% between the customers connection point to farest point of the longest circuit at customer installation.
