After checking stock, system transaction and confirmed shortage that means stock is loss or might be stolen so the next step is to be calculate the total value of shortage to apply shortage value to the custodian but you need to get approval of managing Director. Send the total shortage value report to the managing director to apply the shortage value as well as the reason of shortage for more action to taken by managing director since warehouse supervisor not doing his job responsibilities as sincerely (after his weekly inventory count report stocks are short).
