Is transparency important in office Communication ?

Not only in office communication , Transparency is an important factor in all segments.

 

transparency  is important to an extent.there are matters that should be kept vague for a reason only seneior management should have a say in.

transparency means seeing through,i can't see how it can be implemented.i wish we can,but i believe it is not fully possible.

Absolutely. Crisp and clear communication. Barriers in any form of communication will only delay the outcome. Eg. More difficult to interpret means more difficult to respond.
