How can your voice tuning and your body language affect your performance ?

voice and body language depends on the type and nature of your job, if you are facing customers face to face, so you have to be presentable, showing your enthusiasm, passion in serving the customer which will be represented in your voice tone, and hand moves.

Like the saying goes, 'action speaks louder than words' so if the body language doesn't match what the CSR's saying, it'll confuse the customer. On the other hand, CSRs should keep in mind  that  the 'tone of voice'or proper pacing of words really matter, not only in a quality audit but overall performance. If you don't sound that you mean what you're saying or sounds like just reading the script provided, most likely, customers will be unsatisfied. 

100 % - in how you Project and carry yourself will impact many and most aspects of your life. If you do not have a profession manner / or stance - and you are not consistent in your image - this will have a significant impact on how you perform.

patience , tone of your voice , listening to them , understanding them being in their situation and most important will power to help the customer .

your body language is the mirror of your voice, so if your body language doesnt reflect your the tone of your voice or any talking to a custommer....body, you are going down.
